MEDIATION

• Claims of $250,000 or less and mediation site within 100-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN (includes Duluth and Rochester, MN)
• Claims greater than $250,000 and mediation site within 300-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN (includes Des Moines, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, Fargo and Grand Forks, ND, Madison and Milwaukee, WI, and Chicago, IL)
• Claims of any size and mediation site outside 300-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN within North America

$2,000 Flat Rate

$4,800 Flat Rate

These flat rates include mediator preparation, pre-mediation consultation with the parties or their counsel, and a full day of mediation. (Additional mediation days, if desired by the parties, will be charged at $275/hour.) Travel time, travel expenses except as noted* and incidental expenses are included in these flat fees.

Unless the parties otherwise agree and notify the mediator, counsel for each side (rather than the parties themselves) will be responsible for one-half of the mediation fee. If a party other than counsel will be responsible for the fee, a deposit may be required in advance of the mediation session.

*Nonrefundable fares will be booked for air travel. The parties in cancelled or postponed mediations will be billed any cancellation or rebooking fees.

I believe in flat fees. After consultation with you I will determine a fair flat fee for the work you desire.
